The Playhouse Privilege Card grants perks and benefits to members who prepay for 10,000 PhP worth of credits for Playhouse shows. These ‘Privileges’ are made exclusively to our loyal and supportive patrons who sign up for the program

Membership Benefits

• PRE-SALE PRIORITY PRIVILEGES 

  • Receive 24-hour advance access to purchase tickets before public sales open.

  • Enjoy priority seat selection during early access.

• VIP EXPRESS ENTRY

  • Priority entrance with access to a dedicated VIP express lane at all shows. 

  • Also honored in BEKENEMEN Viewing Parties 

  • Applies for both reserved seating and free seating sections of any show

• PRIORITY QUEUE for MEET AND GREETS 

• PERSONAL CONCIERGE SERVICE

  • A  dedicated Playhouse Customer Service hotline 0917 177 3724 (D-R-A-G) will give you direct access to your Personal Playhouse Relationship Manager to assist with:

    • Ticket booking and seat preferences

    • Membership support  

• OTHER PERKS AND DISCOUNTS 

  • Free Sign Up gift pack 

  • Special Discounts on Selected shows and offerings 

  • VIP access to Ms. Eva Le Queen and selected guests on some special occasion

 

Card Usage & Validity

• The Privilege Card includes 10,000 PhP worth of credits, valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

• Benefits and privileges are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered Privilege Card holder.

• Benefits and privileges are not convertible to cash 

• Benefits and card are valid only for Playhouse-produced shows.
   

Seat Selection

• Seat selection is available during the early access window and is subject to availability and on a first-come-first-served basis amongst Playhouse Privilege members.
   

General Terms

• The Privilege Card and associated benefits are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-convertible to cash

• Membership is valid for one individual only.

• The Playhouse reserves the right to amend benefits or terms with prior notice.

• Misuse of privileges (e.g., ticket resale, account sharing) may result in suspension or cancellation of membership without refund.
