By participating in The Playhouse Rewards Card program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility

• The Rewards Card is available to all attendees of shows or events by The Playhouse. Only one active stamp card is allowed per person.

 

Earning Stamps

• You will receive one (1) stamp for each VIP tier ticket purchased and attended at any event hosted by The Playhouse.

• Stamps are issued in person at the venue on the day of the event.

• Stamps will not be issued for non-VIP tickets, missed events, or past events.

• Each VIP ticket purchase earns one stamp per ticket purchased.

• If multiple VIP tickets are purchased by one individual, the allocation of stamps is at the discretion of the purchaser. The purchaser may choose to assign stamps to themselves or others within their party at the time of stamping.
   

Free Ticket Reward

• Once ten (10) valid stamps are collected, the Playhouse Rewards Cardholder is entitled to one (1) free VIP tier ticket to an upcoming event produced by the Playhouse. Claiming the free VIP tier ticket is subject to limited availability.

  1. Here’s how to redeem the free ticket: 

     • Contact The Playhouse to verify via email at rewards@theplayhouse.ph

     • Include your full name, preferred event, and contact number.

     • Requests to claim the free event must be sent within 24 hours upon posting of the event that you wish to attend.

     • The card will be marked as redeemed in our system and cannot be used again.

     • The Playhouse reserves the right to verify the card’s authenticity and may refuse redemption if tampering or duplication is suspected.

  2. The free ticket is:

     • Valid for The Playhouse-produced events only

     • Has no cash value

     • Subject to limited availability

Card Validity & Use

• Only original cards issued by The Playhouse will be accepted. Photocopied, counterfeit, altered, or damaged cards may be deemed invalid.

• Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.

• Stamps cannot be transferred between individuals or combined across multiple cards.

• Cards must be presented at the time of each event to receive a stamp.

Eligible Shows

• Only Shows produced, hosted, and ticketed by The Playhouse are eligible for this promotion. Free ticket redemption is limited to VIP tier access at a regular event.

• This offer does not apply to shows, private hires, or licensed third-party productions, such as World of Wonder (eg, Snatch Game or similar), unless otherwise stated.

Validity and Expiry

• The Playhouse Rewards Cards' free tickets must be redeemed within one year upon issuance of the Rewards Card.

• The Playhouse reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without notice.
   

General Conditions

• The Playhouse reserves the right to refuse participation or reward redemption if fraud, misuse, or abuse of the promotion is suspected.

• Participation in this program constitutes acceptance of these terms and any updates which may be published on-site or via The Playhouse's official communications.
